Plumbtrax Infrastructure Services were Contracted by Monash City Council to manage & construct a new Easement Drain from Sadie St Mt Waverley, through Private property & connecting into Scotchmans Creek, This project was undertaken to minimise overland Stormwater flows at the bottom of Sadie St, which was causing significant flooding into nearby properties. The works comprised of:
  • Pipeline construction 150mm- 750mm Dia
  • Pit Construction
  • Demolition works
  • Traffic Management Co-ordination with the Public & Private owners

Ringwood Lake Erosion Rectification Works

Plumbtrax Infrastructure Services were engaged by Maroondah City Council to carry out erosion rectification works at Ringwood Lake, the works comprised of the following:
  • De-silting & de-watering of waterways, creeks & streams
  • Detailed rock beaching & rock placing works
  • Concrete Construction works
  • Vegetation removal & Vegetation re-generation areas
  • Construction of Gabion Rock retaining walls
  • Construction of drainage lines & new pit construction
  • Traffic & Pedestrian Management
The new works have improved stream flows into Ringwood Lake, & stopped erosion on the upper bank holding the Carpark behind Daisys Hotel.

Summit Drv Bulleen

Plumbtrax Infrastructure Services were engaged by Manningham City Council for the major construction of a Stormwater Detention System within the Road Reserve in Summit Drv Bulleen, the works comprised the following:
  • Major Traffic Management implementation, Pedestrian Management & partial road closures
  • Design & Construction of custom pre-cast culvert systems, sealed & acting as the Detention System, each module weighing in at 2tonne
  • Construction of Triple & Double Grated Side Entry Pits to Manningham Standards
  • Construction & diversion of concrete drainage lines 150mm- 450mm
  • Bulk Excavation works for Detention System
  • Concrete Construction, Kerb & Channel
  • Re-instatement of Road Pavement, Compaction & testing
The new works have improved storm water flooding to adjacent properties, due to the existing easement drain being undersized & inaccessible for upgrade, storm water flows are retained in the new detention system and slowly released into the out fall drain.
